I have admired your work so much it's time for a real critique. Thank you for the opportunity. I love this piece. Deceptively simple at first glance, with study you see the individual components, and the carving to seat those components. Then you begin to appreciate the various textures, colors and finishes. This is a lovely balance of the cold, hard metal surfaces and the warmer soft, wood finishes that totally works. It is a piece you want to touch, feel, and wear. Even the contrast of the various metals from the soft copper color to the complementary finishes of the gears to the more antiqued chain works. Everything about the components of this pendant blends beautifully. My only suggestion would be to hide the eyehole screws that attach to the chain, as they break up the flow of the otherwise flawless pendant. Lovely pendant, yet again, my friend.
